mendocino tree house was built in 1971, and has been thoughtfully updated. two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and great-room with a fireplace round out the footprint— quite literally! the cabin is the shape of an octagon, built around a redwood tree. there is a view of the central atrium and the surrounding woods from every room, with expanses of glass in the main living areas giving uninterrupted views of the meadow and redwood forest.

we enthusiastically accommodate small families with children: step stools, high-chair, potty, crib— all the things that can make travel with little ones a drag. we got ya covered! come stay awhile.
